AEMT Ex Register
We operate an IECEx-certified service facility (IECEx KSCP S0008) approved to repair and overhaul Ex motors and related electrical rotating machinery. Work is carried out in accordance with IEC 60079-19 standards to maintain equipment safety for hazardous-area operation.
Certified personnels are supervised and have their quality controlled by Qualified and certified Ex personnel (IECEx CoPC 01,02, 03, 04, 06, 07, 08, 09. 11 and CompEx 01,02,03,04).
ISO
Eskimo is a ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Company. We also follow ISO 14001:2015 as a standard to ensure minimal impact to environment in our production. Offshore premium quality ducting & accessories manufacturing and installation is in accordance to ISO 15138:2018.
TKDN Certificate
Eskimo is an Indonesian owned and operated company, with 90 employees of Indonesian citizen. Following Indonesian government policy, we are committed to source our materials locally when possible while employ Indonesian workers only to support the country’s economic growth. Our service offering include TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) certificate (if applicable) provided by the trusted 3rd party verifier. This will provide transparency and ease of compliance work for you, allowing all parties to focus on what matters most to their respective businesses.
ASHRAE & SMACNA
Eskimo is a member of the Association of Electrical and Mechanical Trades whose Code of Practice regarding Repair and Overhaul of ex Electrical Apparatus was developed further into BS EN 60079 19 (ATEX) and IEC 60079 19 (IECEx).
Certified Danfoss RefCare & Bitzer Marine Service Network
Eskimo Wieraperdana is recognized as a Danfoss RefCare Partner and is included in the Bitzer Marine Service Network, enabling us to support customers with OEM-approved maintenance, overhaul, and spare parts supply for industrial and marine compressor applications.
Our IECEx-approved facility is authorized to overhaul BOCK EX-HGX IECEx-certified compressors, ensuring repairs are carried out in compliance with applicable standards and preserve the equipment’s suitability for hazardous-area service.
CHSEMS & CSMS
Certificate
Eskimo is upholding its commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. We proudly hold CHSEMS (Qualified for High Risk) certification for upstream KKKS oil and gas projects. We also hold CSMS certification (Qualified for High Risk) for midstream and downstream.
Eskimo is a member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers), therefore our standard follows Asharae handbooks on our HVAC&R works. We also take majority of our reference, where applicable, to SMACNA (Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association) standard.
