Looking for a provider of HVAC-R custom-built equipment is already a challenge with tight deadlines and various stakeholders to manage. It is more so if the technical requirement is stringent with a series of standards and tests to follow and adhere to. Understanding this, our E&P Division is structured to tackle all the challenges that come. 


Project Management & Compliance: ​

  • Fully integrated in-house multi-discipline engineers, designers, project engineers, and fabrication technicians. Having everyone under one roof ensures efficient communications from engineering details down to production, any changes in original technical details by client can also be applied swiftly with minimum disturbance to ongoing progress. 

  • Allocated Project Engineer (1 Point of contact)

  • Supply Chain network with close relationship to ensure the special requests of each project are fulfilled (special part tests, faster lead-time, etc). 

  • Tailored Quality & Progress Reports with timely communication.

  • Contract Management System

  • Factory Acceptance Test & Site Acceptance Test. 

  • The complete cycle of Service: Installation, start-up, and commissioning by qualified engineers and technicians (offshore qualification ready if needed). The E&P also are supported by IECEx Service Facility (ROR Division) and  M&S Division for subsequent maintenance and repairs. 

  • TKDN reports (3rd party verifier)

  • Built-in HSE System and Environment ISO. 

Technical Expertise 

Assembling and selecting Ex-equipment requires qualified engineers with high level of product knowledge and understanding. 
We have internal team of IECEx CoPC personnel to advise and design suitable designs based on your zoning classification requirement. It is particularly important for both EPC and end users for equipment to be in compliance with standards in order to have a smooth project hand-over and equipment operation in long-term.  
​Together with experience also in building equipment for anti-corrosive and offshore environment, depending on requirement our products can be designed to adhere to: ISO 15138-2018, IECEx Standards, ATEX guidelines, etc. 

We can provide ATEX/ IECEx  Unit Certification upon request.
